Quality Assurance & Control

We guarantee that ALL merchandise, model cars and garage gear are carefully checked prior to shipping to ensure the product is 100%.

Packing

All the items ordered will be carefully packed in original packaging.

Shipping Costs

All delivery charges are calculated based on the total weight (volumetric or actual – whichever is greater) of the items ordered. The cost is also determined by the method of shipping selected. We offer StarTrack postage service (3-5 days delivery), StarTrack(next day delivery). The shipping method and cost summary is shown during the check-out procedure. Tracking on all registered parcel & express is provided for all orders shipped within Australia.

International Postage

All international shipments are sent via UPS or StarTrack. Please note that it is the customer responsibility for all taxes and duty charges that may incurred for international purchases with their country. We are not responsible for these charges

Details for tracking will be provided and can be directly tracked by StarTrack www.startrack.com.au. We also track your packages to ensure they are delivered.

Shipping Duration & Special Items

Currently we guarantee 1-5 working days delivery to your door for items shown on our web site. For items not shown (special request) the delivery time can be as long as 10 working days.

Returns

We accept returns and exchanges on genuine faulty items only, and only if notified within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please contact us on (03) 9459 9925 at the first instance that you have a problem and for further information. Where the item is agreed faulty (within the 14 day period) items should be carefully repacked with the completed Returns and Exchange request form included and posted to Motorsport Distributor Group at the following location: Motorsport Distributors Group Po box 5113 Heidelberg west VIC 3081. Postage and handling will be covered by Motorsport Distributors Group for faulty items and items that have been sent incorrectly so long as it is within the 14 day period. Where a change of size, colour or product is requested, items must be in original condition with all tags attached and should be carefully repacked with the completed Returns and Exchange request form included and posted to Motorsport Distributor Group at the following location: Motorsport Distributors Group Po box 5113 Heidelberg west VIC 3081. Postage and handling to be covered by the customer.

 

CHANGE OF MIND

If you have changed your mind about a purchase, Motorsport Distributors Group may offer a gift card, exchange, store credit or refund at our discretion, to the amount of the item(s) at the time of said purchase, provided that:

1. Items are returned within thirty (30) days of the time of receipt of goods;
2. You have proof of purchase; and
3. Items are in original, unopened and undamaged packaging.
